200 hr Kripalu RYT YA
Susie received her 200 hour training at Kripalu Center for Yoga and Health. Kripalu yoga is the yoga of compassion. In Susie’s class you will be held in a container of compassion and love. She believes that yoga opens one to awareness, and through awareness comes healing and unlimited possibilities. In teaching yoga classes, Susie sees herself as a guide for the student. She encourages her students to adjust accordingly by listening to their own bodies, their own place (wherever they are at that moment). Her classes are gentle to moderate, beginning with centering and pranayama, progressing through warming up the body and practicing asanas, and winding down with meditation and relaxation.
