Mimi hopes to assist those in her class to gain the benefits of this centuries old practice, to gain a sense of confidence as they realize their potential, and to recognize & embrace the freedom that each individual's journey in yoga is different.Mimi has been practicing yoga for over 10 years. She feels that yoga has strengthened her not only physically, but mentally and spiritually as well. The lessons imparted in yoga class and in yoga traditions teach us ways to handle life stresses. The practice itself also strengthens our physical body. Mimi decided to teach and bring this wonderful experience to others as well as to enhance her own practice.
